CAPACOA is delighted to welcome student interns Victoria Del Mastro Vicente and Brittney Rolston to the team! Victoria is our new Communications and Events Assistant and Brittney will be working as an Arts Administration and Programs Assistant.

A big thank you to the Government of Canada and the Cultural Human Resources Council (CHRC) for their generous support.

Victoria Del Mastro Vicente has served as an arts administrator, working to strengthen the role of arts and culture in communities. She has worked alongside prominent organizations including the Canadian Opera Company and the Avenue Road Arts School. She was a voice finalist in the Canadian Music Competition, and has performed internationally and locally in well-known theatres, including Koerner Hall, Isabel Bader Theatre, Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall in Calgary and Saarburg Music Festival in Germany.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Brittney (Britt) Rolston is an undergraduate at the University of Toronto-Scarborough specialising in Arts Management with a double minor in Theatre and Music & Culture. Recently she has worked as a Producer in-training with Bygone theatre and as a co-programmer for Creative Currents. Brittney has been involved in music performance throughout school as a soprano in school choirs, in acapella groups, and as a violinist. Besides playing she enjoys arranging pop songs for a full orchestra, string quartets, and full choirs. On the theatre side, she is involved in her university’s theatre community as a performer in drama festivals, attending the drama society’s social events, and helping as a producer. She runs her own blog of theatre reviews in her spare time and has recently taken up her first writing project, “Into The 6ix: A Musical Parody”. Brittney has helped to run various school activities relating to the arts and that is how she became passionate about this line of work.
