The 2025 CAPACOA Conference is Here!
In an era marked by social shifts, changing environments, and technological disruption, the performing arts sector faces a pivotal question: How do we stay relevant to best serve our communities?
Join CAPACOA from December 1-5, 2025 in Ottawa to experience the Age of Relevance: a bold, multi-disciplinary conference that brings together Canada’s national and international presenting and touring sector. Be part of CAPACOA’s most significant conference yet as we explore the evolving role of the performing arts in society and how to effectively work within it.
With more than 250 presenters, agents, managers, artists, and other performing arts professionals in attendance, participants can expect world-class showcases, pitch sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
Performances and events will be held at the National Arts Centre, with professional development opportunities at the Alt Hotel Ottawa. CAPACOA members receive discounted rates.
