Performing arts organizations around the globe are struggling to achieve sustainability in a shifting marketplace. In Canada, these challenges include changes in audience behaviours, engagement patterns, and purchasing trends.
In November 2024, Orchestras Canada, PACT, the National Arts Centre, and CAPACOA gathered representatives from across Canada to collectively brainstorm new ways to encourage audience loyalty. Informed by research from WolfBrown and David Maggs (Metcalf Foundation), who joined us at the NAC in Ottawa, four pilot project frameworks have been identified for collective exploration.
Join us January 28, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM EST to learn more about the findings from the November 2024 gathering and to hear more about the Re-imagining Customer Relationships project. This session will include an overview of the project, insight into each of the four pilot project frameworks, and next steps.
Representatives from performing arts organizations across the country are invited to participate in this next chapter. We welcome everyone to attend!
