Fifteen Canadian dance companies will showcase their work at internationale tanzmesse nrw 2022, August 31-September 3, 2022 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

tanzmesse is the world’s largest professional meeting of contemporary dance. Above all, it is a welcome opportunity to share the richness and diversity of what Canada has to offer. Our delegation of outstanding performers offers a portrait of the Canadian dance landscape. It has an eye to emergent voices, as well as to those that have already written history.

Canada will also host the opening reception and party on August 31, which features DJ Kookum and Beany! This event is supported by Embassy of Canada, Berlin; Canada Council for the Arts; Québec Government Office, Germany; and The Dance Centre, British Columbia.
