This year, CAPACOA will be travelling to Calgary for the Western Arts Alliance (WAA) Conference from August 29-September 1, 2022.

Held in a different western North American city each year, the WAA nurtures connection, discovery, and insight. It is a space to join presenters, artists, agents, and practitioners from the West and beyond to plan a season, route a tour, build new relationships, and dig into the most pressing issues of the day.

You can catch both our Research and Development Director, Frédéric Julien, and our Membership and Programs Manager, Chandel Gambles, at the conference. Frédéric will also lead a workshop called “Your Digital Presence: Let’s Improve It!” Don’t miss it on Tuesday August 30th from 10:00 am-11:00 am MDT!

Additionally, CAPACOA and Arts Commons will be hosting a mix and mingle to meet Canadian colleagues.
