How loyal are your audiences? Want to find out?
CAPACOA, Orchestras Canada, the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres, and the National Arts Centre are partnering to conduct the Survey on Affiliation and Membership in the Performing Arts, to map audience behaviours in the performing arts.
As a benefit for participating in the survey, organizations with at least 30 audience respondents will receive a full complimentary report on their audience’s affiliation, membership preferences and behaviours.
The main topics of the survey will be:
- How strongly do your customers feel attached to your organization?
- What other organizations do they attend?
- What features of membership programs have the most value for them?
- How can you increase their loyalty?
This is one of three informational sessions to explain the project, and answer any questions you may have.
