Join us Tuesday, January 26, 2021 3:00-4:15 pm EST
When all live events were suddenly interrupted by public health restrictions, the entire business model of the live performance sector fell apart. Many performing arts organizations turned on a dime and experimented with streaming as a means of delivering on their mission and maintaining engagement with their patrons. Some did find a sizable online audience. But did they find a viable business model?
In this second of two webinars, experts from the industry will share lessons learned from recent experimentations with online dissemination of performance offerings. Defining the value proposition, being discoverable, acquiring the gear, finding partners, generating value and earning more money than you spent. A viable business model is made of many ingredients.
